SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options within the United States mainland:
- Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-4 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or holidays.
Shipping Locations We currently ship to addresses within the United States mainland only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and preferred delivery speed. Standard and Express shipping options are available.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress.
Packaging All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Our handcrafted placemats and chargers are wrapped with care to prevent damage during transit.
